Homegrown Talent Spotlight: Red Foxes Baseball Success Stories

At Red Foxes Baseball, we take pride in celebrating the achievements of our talented athletes. Today, we shine the spotlight on John Czernyk, a standout shortstop whose journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

John grew up playing for BHK Little League and BPR Travel, laying the foundation for his development before becoming a key player on the very first Red Foxes team. Over the past three years, he has been a varsity starter and captain for both his school’s football and baseball teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication.

Now, John is taking his talents to the next level as he continues his baseball career at Stevens Institute of Technology. Watching his growth—both physically and mentally—has been incredible. His defensive and offensive improvements speak for themselves, but his development in the mental side of the game has been just as impressive.

Beyond his playing career, John has also stepped into a coaching role, helping shape the next generation of Red Foxes athletes. His dedication to the program and mentorship of younger players make him an invaluable part of our team.
